Any item purchased from our site can be returned for: 

• Store credit or Exchange (No Refunds)
• Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days after the shipment arrival date.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of ANY defects.

Purchased items can take up to 3 weeks to process and ship, although most orders will process within 3 to 4 business days. URBAN BRAND DESIGNS Online Purchases are Shipped via USPS, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive, prior to receiving your shipping notification. URBAN BRAND DESIGNS will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Should the buyer encounter an issue with receiving a package, the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
